30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by our mistake (e.g., manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
  • Visible defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
  • Returned items showing wear, washing, odor, stains, or damage not present upon delivery will not be accepted.

Color & Material Disclaimer

We strive to display colors and materials as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitors, displays, device color profiles, and ambient lighting, minor differences in hue, brightness, contrast, or texture may occur between on-screen images and the physical product. Such variations are considered normal and are not defects or grounds for return.

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without authorization. Before returning anything, email us at info@zavonix.com. We will provide a return authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization, or to an address not provided by our team, cannot be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and supporting photos or video. Verified claims will be resolved promptly in accordance with this policy.

Split Shipments & Partial Deliveries

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels. A partial delivery is not considered a missing item. Follow your tracking updates for all parcels. If an item remains undelivered after the carrier’s delivery window, contact us for investigation.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If eligible, please request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Duplicate Orders

  • Order changes/cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. Email us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.
  • Duplicate/accidental orders: If you believe you placed a duplicate order or were charged twice, contact us within 24 hours. If both orders were confirmed and shipped, standard return conditions apply.
  • Unauthorized charges: If you suspect an unauthorized payment, contact your card issuer and notify us. We will cooperate with any investigation using order logs, IP/device data, and carrier delivery proof.

Return Shipping Costs & Method

  • Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
